initiative- ‘Teenage Wisdom’ which intends to inspire youth by
helping them discover the potential that lies hidden within themselves. Today’s
young generation is the most evolved and enterprising generation in the history
of mankind. Immense opportunities exist in front of them, thanks to the
technological revolution. All they need is proper guidance and encouragement
and they can make this world a much better place to live. Teenage Wisdom is
founded with the intention to make them discover their potential and help them
use it to their advantage.
Anurag has been delivering talks for
inspiring teenagers in schools, colleges and other private organizations in and
out of Ahmedabad. He is also a Programs Committee member at the Ahmedabad
Management Association. Anurag also delivers parenting talks for parents of
teenagers to make parents understand their child better considering the
changing world dynamics and also widening communication gaps between teens and
their parents.
Anurag is a Corporate Trainer and has
conducted workshops at AMA and in corporates on topics like Leadership,
Conflict Management, Communication in Organisations, Behavioural Skills, How to
Love Your Job, etc. The intention is to help the organizations in keeping their
employees self motivated and help them achieve excellence for the organization
as well as for themselves. The programs are designed in simpler language
compared to complex concepts and jargons generally used in training programs.
The content is therefore more applicable in being used by the employee in his
daily routine. The effort is to let the participant himself discover ways
to come out with the solutions he is looking for rather than just delivering
him a gyan talk, thereby increasing the success ratio of the program.
